A Fairbanks man pleaded guilty Thursday to participating in a drive-by shooting earlier this year, which authorities said was gang-related. Under the terms of a plea agreement, Jared Jermain Askew, 21, will serve 3 1/2 years in prison and another 1 1/2 years of the sentence will be suspended.
