Horrible Customer Service

Scheduled an appointment for 10am to have our truck winterized. We were told that it would take two hours. Since my wife followed me to the appointment with our other vehicle, we planned to spend the time taking care of other things while we were in town, which included going to lunch. Since we hadn't received a call back with regards to the progress, we decided to call them. They indicated that the job was "almost" done. But, they then called us 30 mins later (around 3:30) to inform us the original block heater was non-functional and then wanted permission to replace it, which we were fine with. Well, we were finished doing everything with needed to do, plus more, so we decided to drive back to the shop and see what was going on. At 4:30pm, they were still not finished. Being that the shop closes at 5:30 and is not open on Saturdays, my husband told me to just drive home and he would sit in the shop until the job was completed. During the whole day, the only time they bothered to call us, regarding our "two hour" job, was when they needed permission to charge us more money then what we had planned. Upon settling the over $500 bill, my husband asked for a discount and they refused even though they admitted that it was their fault. We opted to use this business rather than going to the dealership because it supposed has a good reputation; was recommended by a friend who also uses them for their diesel needs. As far as we are concerned, we are disappointed and probably won't recommend them to anyone.
